MOLLY WEEKS is a nationally recognized fitness professional and director of BalleCore(R) LLC. She has been featured in Newsweek, Self, The Boston Globe, and The Washington Post, and has appeared on CNN. She trains instructors worldwide to teach the BalleCore Workout and was a featured presenter at the Pilates Method Alliance international conference in October 2004.
