I am grateful for the support and interest shown by the individuals who contributed to this project. The recipes for this book were collected from three of my spiritual daughters from our ministry, Kingdom In Action (KIA), in Jovellanos, Cuba. Some of the treasures shared have been handed down from generation to generation.
