Ken Lanci is on a journey of faith-a mission to achieve the greatest good for the greatest number of people. That's because in 2007, Ken died. And that's where this story begins. During the lengthy recovery period that followed Ken's massive cardiac arrest, he started a life-changing process that continues to this day. Ken gained a new purpose in life through a second chance to achieve a higher purpose when he discovered it through Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s book, Measure of a Man, he then decided to work for the greater good of all on a full-time basis. After two unsuccessful political campaigns, where Ken ran to become first Cuyahoga County's first County Executive, and then for the position of Mayor of Cleveland, Ken dedicated his life to pursuing change outside the traditional system. Today, Ken is a philanthropist who mentors children and adults, fosters educational opportunities, and life his life with a giving heart.
