Zhang Xiaoshan, one of the main authors, Member of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Professor of Rural Development Institute, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Deputy to the 11th and 12th National Peoples’ Congress of P.R.China and Member of Agricultural and Rural Committee under the 11th and 12th National Peoples’ Congress. He had acted as Director General of Rural Development Institute, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences from 1998 until 2010. He is now the Chairman of The Association of Chinese Rural Cooperative Economy, and Vice-Chairman of The Association of Chinese Agricultural Economy.
