In Road to Recovery, crash survivor Marcia Teperman contemplates the long path to physical and emotional healing and the way mindfulness, regular exercise, and self-love can help anyone who has been through a life challenging event to ascend to fulfillmenteven if they thought they had lost that ability and hope.

Originally born in Brazil, Marcia Teperman is the mother of two beautiful boys and works in the Community Services sector in Australia. Marcia is passionate about empowering people to achieve their full potential and live a fulfilled live and considers herself an agent of social change. She draws from her diverse background working as an exercise specialist, wellbeing coach and project coordinator to drive projects that enable livable communities. Marcia is a strategist and a life coach on a journey of continuous growth and deepening her connection to self and others. Having experienced a few life changing events in her time, Marcia has a desire to share how she raised from these experiences and improved the quality of her life and her relationships.
