Elizabeth A. Richter is a long-time advocate for human rights within the Connecticut Family Court System. She has spent ten years not only dealing with her own divorce matters, but supporting others as well. For 12 years, Ms. Richter was an instructor in the English Department at Tunis Community College in Farmington, CT. She also co-owned and managed a small veterinary pathology service for many years. Elizabeth Richter has a B.A. from Mt. Holyoke college, an M.L.A. from Harvard University Extension School, and she received her certification as a High School English teacher from UMass/Boston. She is a graduate of Advocacy Unlimited and has been certified as an ADA Advocate by Dr. Karin Huffer of Equal Access Associates. Currently, she is a single mother of three and lives in Connecticut.
